Student Scheduling Master Schedule Board: The Master Schedule Board is a program created to assist the user with setting up and updating the Schedule Master Schedule or Master Schedule. This program may help to eliminate the "white board" and colored labels used at some school sites to track their class setup. This form requires the monitor resolution to be set at 1024 X 768 or higher.
Master Schedule from A-Z: The Master Schedule document is a part of the Aeries.net User Manual that contains easy step-by-step instructions on how to select and print reports pertaining to the Master Schedule.
Student Scheduling: This DRAFT document contains details about the Scheduling process and reports utilized to assist with successful scheduling.
Course History: The Course History documentation will provide assistance to the initial setup and creation of student transcripts. Documentation is also included to give details on maintaining graduation requirements, college requirements and the entrance tests.
Assertive Discipline-This document contains information on the Assertive Discipline and Discipline form, discipline letters, reports and the Update Suspendable Offense code form.
Civil Rights Data Collection: The Civil Rights Data Collection Report is utilized to assist you with collecting data for the 2011-12 U.S. Department of Education Civil Rights Data Collection Report. This report provides information about the enrollment of, and the educational services provided to, students in public schools by race/ethnicity, sex, and disability. Please note some of the information on this report cannot be calculated by Aeries and must be filled in by hand for each school site.
